S7iFish software is a web application for mapping fish and microbial diversity in nature and aquaculture. It uses standardized short genetic markers in an organism’s nDNA (nuclear sequences and microsatellites) and RNA (RT-qPCR approaches) to identify particular species and strains. DNA and RNA samples are identified to registered species/strains based on comparisons to reference libraries.
